PCR tests are now available at local pharmacies and drug stores in Fukuyama City.
Fukuyama city residents and workers without any symptom may be tested free of charge.

<How to take a PCR test at pharmacies and drug stores>
- Bring your ID with correct home address, go to pharmacy/drug store and ask for a PCR test (saliva examination) kit.
- Make a reservation date to return your PCR test kit back to the pharmacy/drug store.
- On that date, fill out the medical questionnaire and take the saliva examination at home.
- On that date, bring the test back to the pharmacy/drug store.
- On the next day after 6PM, they will contact only positive patients.
⇒positive patients will stay in a hotel for about 8 days to be observed

福山市では，あなたの家のちかくの薬局（やっきょく）で PCR検査（けんさ）ができるようになりました。
検査（けんさ）できる人＝福山の市民と福山で働（はたら）いている人 + 何も症状がない人(無症状（むしょうじょう）の人）
日にち：2021年4月16日〜5月31日
場所（ばしょ）：下の薬局の表の「所在地（しょざいち）」で 町の名前をさがしてください。
薬局（やっきょく）の名前（なまえ） ふりがな あります
費用：￥0- 無料（むりょう）
＜やり方・やさしい日本語＞
①薬局（やっきょく）で「PCR検査キット（ぴーしーあーる けんさ きっと）」をもらう。
※住所（じゅうしょ）がわかるものが，必要（ひつよう）です。
②薬局で，「PCR検査キット」を出す日を予約（よやく）します。
③予約の日に，問診票（もんしんひょう）を書いて，唾液（だえき）を とります。
④予約の日に，薬局にもっていきます。
⑤検査の次（つぎ）の日の 午後6：00以降（いこう）に，”+ ” 陽性（ようせい）の人だけ連絡（れんらく）があります。
⇒”+” 陽性（ようせい）の人は，ホテルで8日間くらい 様子（ようす）をみます。

＜やり方・読み仮名なし＞
①一覧に示している薬局で検査キットをもらう。提出日を予約。
（現住所が証明できるものの提示を求められます）
②予約した提出日に自宅で問診票を記入し、検体を採取。
③薬局に提出（提出まで時間が空く場合は冷蔵庫で保管）
④検査日の翌日18時以降に陽性者のみ連絡をもらう（陽性の場合は、ホテル療養8泊程度）
