They will receive a letter at your residence home address by June 9, 2021.
Those who want to get a shot, please make a reservation by themlseves. 
It may be convenient through online. Please kindly ask someone who can use PC.

・Those 65 years old and older → should receive a letter from Fukuyama City by June 9, 2021
・Those 64 years old or younger  → not available yet

Your number will be included in the letter from Fukuyama City.
You must make your vaccination appointment with your number and the date of birth through the appointment system by yourself.
You may register by phone, PC or smartphone.
You may get a shot for free (0 yen).
