[ARUJI-GAWA RIVER FLOOD WARNING - Emergency Alert Level 4 Issued]

Due to a risk of the Aruji-gawa River flooding, at 3:50AM Fukuyama City issued a level 4 emergency alert (evacuation for all). Evacuate to an evacuation shelter or to a family or friend's residence in a safe area.

If it is difficult to evacuate, move to the upper floors of your residence or other safe areas.

Areas affected (school districts): Arima, Fukusō, Mubeyama

Additional available temporary evacuation shelters:
Fukuda Kōminkan (Public Hall)
Ekiya Minami (South) Junior High School

8月15日AM3：50，福山市（ふくやまし）の有地川（あるじ がわ)の 近く(ちかく)の人に 警戒レベル4（けいかいれべる4）の避難指示（ひなん しじ）が出ました。
警戒レベル4＝危険（きけん）な場所（ばしょ）から，全員避難（ぜんいん にげる）のレベルです。

次の地域（ちいき）にいる人は，避難場所（ひなん ばしょ）や，安全（あんぜん）な場所（ばしょ）に にげてください。
にげることが むずかしいときは，少（すこ）しでも安全（あんぜん）な場所（ばしょ）に 行（い）ってください。

・有磨（ありま）Arima
・福相（ふくそう）Fukusou
・宜山（むべやま）Mubeyama
