Emergency Announcement from Fukuyama City.

Due to a risk of the Hongō-gawa River flooding, at 3：40AM Fukuyama City issued a level 4 emergency alert (evacuation for all). Evacuate to an evacuation shelter or to a family or friend's residence in a safe area.
If it is difficult to evacuate, move to the upper floors of your residence or other safe areas.

〇The following areas (school districts) are affected by this emergency alert:
・有磨（ありま）Arima
・福相（ふくそう）Fukusou
・宜山（むべやま）Mubeyama


The following nearby temporary evacuation shelters (hinan basho) are open.
